Return Policy

Scope of application​
This return policy applies to all goods purchased by consumers in the EU from Bytebloom Trade Ltd. Whether you purchase through our official website, offline stores, or other authorized sales channels, you are protected by this policy. ​

Right to return​
Return period: According to relevant EU regulations, consumers have a 14-day right to return goods without reason. The return period starts from the date the consumer receives the goods. For example, if you receive the goods on June 1, you can apply for a return on June 14 at the latest. ​

Return conditions​
Product status: The returned goods must be in their original condition, including the goods themselves, accessories, packaging, labels, etc., intact, unused, undamaged, and not affecting secondary sales. For example, the chain of the jewelry is not broken, the gems are not falling off, and the packaging box is not damaged or deformed. ​
Accompanying items: Please return all accompanying items of the product, such as gifts. If the accompanying items are missing, it may affect the refund amount.​
Return process​
Apply for return: Please contact our customer service team to apply for return within the return period by the following methods:​
Send an email to [email protected]. Please indicate "EU Return Application - Your Order Number" in the subject of the email, and state the reason for return, product information and your contact information in the email. ​
Log in to your account on our official website, go to the "My Orders" page, find the order to be returned, click the "Apply for Return" button, and fill in the return information according to the system prompts. ​

Obtaining Return Authorization: Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours (postponed on holidays) after receiving the return application to confirm the return application and provide return authorization. You will receive a return authorization notice containing information such as the return address and return label (if applicable). ​
Returning goods: Please properly pack the goods within 7 days after receiving the return authorization notice, use the return label we provide (if any) or choose a reliable logistics method, and send the goods back to the designated return address. Please keep the logistics order number and related vouchers to check the return logistics status. ​
Freight Costs​
Buyers Bear the Freight Costs: Generally, if the return is due to the consumer's own reasons (such as changing their mind, choosing the wrong style, etc.), the buyer needs to bear the return freight of the goods. You can choose to arrange the logistics to return the goods by yourself, or use the prepaid return label we provide (if any), but you need to pay the corresponding freight according to the instructions on the label. ​
Sellers Bear the Freight Costs: If the goods have quality problems, do not match the description, or are sent the wrong goods, we will bear the return freight. After confirming the reason for the return, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or refund the reasonable return freight you paid when you refund. For example, if the jewelry has quality problems such as breakage and fading under normal use, you do not need to bear the return freight. ​

Exchange Policy​
Exchange Conditions: If you need to replace the goods, the goods must meet the same requirements as the return conditions, that is, keep the original state, accessories and packaging intact, and within the 14-day return and exchange period.​
Exchange process: You can apply for a return according to the return process, and indicate the style, size and other information of the product you want to exchange in the application. After we receive the returned product and confirm that it is correct, we will arrange for the exchange shipment as soon as possible. If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will negotiate with you for a solution, such as choosing another product or processing a refund. ​

Refund method​
Refund time: We will refund you within 14 days after receiving your returned product and checking that it is correct. In case of peak return period or special circumstances, the refund time may be extended, but not more than 10 days. ​
Refund method: The refund will be returned to the account you used when paying, such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc. The specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the payment institution. Generally, the credit card refund arrival time is 3-15 working days, the debit card refund arrival time is 7-20 working days, and the PayPal refund is usually immediate, but it may be delayed by 1-3 working days due to system reasons.​
Quality Problem Handling​
Quality Problem Definition: Product quality problems include but are not limited to production process defects (such as loose welding of jewelry, loose inlay), material defects (such as metal allergies, cracks in gemstones), etc. ​
Handling method: If the product you purchased has quality problems, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with the following solutions: ​
Free replacement of new products: If the same product is in stock, we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible, including bearing the shipping costs of the replacement product. ​
Refund: If you do not want to replace, we will refund you in full, including refunding the product price and shipping costs you paid. ​
Policy Update​
We may update this return policy based on changes in laws and regulations, market conditions or company operating needs. The updated policy will be published on our official website and notified to you by email or other means when necessary. If you continue to purchase our products after the policy is updated, it will be deemed that you agree to accept the updated return policy. ​
