Shipping scope
This shipping policy applies to all goods shipped from Bytebloom Trade Ltd to EU member states, covering the 27 EU member states and other regions where EU relevant transportation regulations apply.
Shipping time
Processing time: After the order is confirmed and the payment is received, we will complete the packaging and outbound processing of the goods within 5-7 working days (except for special cases such as customized goods, the processing time of customized goods is subject to the specific product description).
Delivery time:
Standard express: Usually delivered to major cities in the EU within 20-40 working days after the goods are shipped out of the warehouse, and remote areas may be extended by 1-3 working days.
The above shipping time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather, traffic, customs clearance, etc.
Shipping cost
Charging standard: The shipping cost is determined according to the weight, volume, transportation method and destination of the goods. During the ordering process, the system will automatically calculate and display the corresponding shipping cost based on the goods and delivery address you selected.
Transportation Tracking
After the goods are shipped, we will send you the shipping number and tracking link via email.
You can track the status of the goods in the following ways:
Click the tracking link in the email to jump directly to the tracking page of the courier service provider.
Log in to our official website, enter the "My Order" page, find the corresponding order, and click the "Track Logistics" button to query.
Call the customer service number of the courier service provider and provide the shipping number for query.
Customs and Taxes
For the transportation of goods within the EU, if the destination is an EU member state and the goods comply with relevant EU regulations, generally no import tariffs are required. However, some goods may be subject to value-added tax (VAT). The specific tax is implemented according to the tax rate regulations of the product category and the destination country. The tax will be paid by you to the local customs or courier service provider when you receive the goods.
We will provide complete and accurate customs declaration information on the product packaging to ensure smooth customs inspection.
Handling of transportation delays
If the transportation is delayed due to our reasons (such as failure to ship out on time, wrong transport order number, etc.), we will provide you with (specific compensation measures, such as transportation fee reduction, coupons, etc.).
If the transportation is delayed due to force majeure (such as bad weather, natural disasters, traffic control, customs inspection, etc.), we will communicate with you in a timely manner to explain the situation and try our best to assist in following up the transportation progress, but we will not bear the corresponding compensation liability.
Receipt and signing for goods
When signing for the goods, please check carefully whether the packaging of the goods is intact and damaged, and sign for the goods after confirming that they are correct.
If you find that the packaging is damaged, the goods are short or damaged, please refuse to sign for them on the spot, and contact our customer service team in time (see the "Contact Information" section of this policy for contact information), and we will assist you in handling related matters.
If you entrust someone else to collect the goods on your behalf, the signing for the goods by the consignee will be deemed as your own confirmation of the receipt of the goods.
Transportation restrictions
The following items are not subject to this transportation policy and we do not provide transportation services:
Items that violate EU laws and regulations and relevant provisions, such as counterfeit and shoddy accessories, goods that infringe intellectual property rights, etc.
Dangerous goods such as flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, etc.
Other items prohibited from transportation by the country.

We may update this transportation policy based on changes in EU transportation regulations, adjustments to express service providers, and the needs of the company's business development. The updated policy will be published on our official website and will take effect from the date of publication. If you continue to place an order after the policy is updated, it will be deemed that you agree to accept the updated transportation policy.
